Qualifications

• Ability to learn eyewear products and pricing accurately.
• Capability to work with doctors and staff in a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and effective sales skills.
• Develop professional relationships with associates and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit lenses and frames to patient needs.
• Utilize prescriptions to match patient visual requirements and recommend lenses/coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinating with prescription.
• Perform optical measurements and provide timely delivery quotes.
• Provide guidance on Managed Vision Care and pricing accuracy.
• Merchandise store per Planogram and Company standards, and assist with other duties as needed.
