Job summary

EyeCare Partners is hiring an Optical Sales Associate (Optical Technician) in Olathe, KS. You will assist patients with frame selection, lens choices, and fittings to ensure a world-class Total Patient Experience.

As part of a team, you will dispense glasses and contacts per prescriptions, while learning our policies and maintaining organized, welcoming spaces for patients and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with patients and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret basic insurance forms.
• Comfort with providing patient-focused eyewear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients while delivering friendly medical support.
• Assist patients in selecting frames to match style and prescriptions.
• Operate the auto-lensometer and lensometer to verify specs.
