Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience and ensuring eyewear needs are met with a confident, friendly approach.

The role emphasizes optics knowledge, product recommendations, and delivering a high-quality customer journey while achieving daily sales goals in a part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required or ABO Certification.
• Customer or patient service experience is a plus.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
