• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchases.
• Maintains optical area displays, stocks merchandise and signs pricing.
• Handles claims and returns, and keeps the sales floor in good order.
• Receives and stocks optical merchandise and maintains documentation logs.
• Operates checkout hardware and processes member purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Sells optical products by helping with decisions, measuring, and lens adjustments.
