Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• HIPAA compliance is required across the role.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance forms and safety manuals.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with patients while delivering medical support.
• Determine patients' needs and sell appropriate products to meet expectations.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with prescriptions.
• Operate ophthalmic instruments (auto-lensometer and manual lensometer).
• Educate on lenses, coatings, and frame options to suit patient needs.
• Take precise measurements and dispense glasses or contacts as prescribed.
