Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets patients with a warm welcome and provides prompt service.
• Assesses patient needs and links to available eyewear products and eye exams.
• Asks clarifying questions and consults with the Optician as needed.
• Demonstrates product knowledge and describes features/benefits clearly.
• Maintains accurate patient information and processes sales transactions accurately.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
