• Optical industry experience is a plus but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Promote sales and stay informed about current promotions.
• Process transactions and refunds.
• Handle insurance claims efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Create and maintain patient files per HIPAA policies.
• Assess patients' needs and recommend solutions.

• Assist with lens selection and ensure final quality.
• Price and stock merchandise and arrange displays.
