Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Process payments and refunds.
• Process insurance claims.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
• Create and maintain patient files per HIPAA policies.
• Assess and interpret patient needs and wants.
• Take necessary measurements.
• Prepare work orders for the lab.
• Pull correct lenses according to work order specifications.
• Inspect final product for accuracy.
• Adjust/repair damaged frames.
• Price, stock, and straighten merchandise.
