Eyemart Express is seeking an Optical Retail Sales Associate for a part-time role in Oklahoma City, OK. You will help patients choose frames, lenses, and coatings, and ensure accurate prescription information for grinding and fitting.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Retail/sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Optical industry experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames, lenses, and coatings.
• Process payments and refunds using the POS system.
• Handle insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and patient files in line with HIPAA policies.
• Take measurements (e.g., pupillary distance) and prepare work orders for the lab.
• Inspect finished glasses and adjust fittings as needed.
• Perform basic repairs and ensure merchandise is stocked and organized.
