Zenni Optical in Obetz, Ohio is seeking an experienced Production Team Lead to guide our manufacturing line, ensure quality and efficiency, and drive KPI performance. The role focuses on operations, training, and safety in a fast-paced optical production environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and optical management software. Overtime and weekend availability may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Knowledge of workplace safety best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and optical management software.
• Experience evaluating equipment, processes, and production problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive line flow.
• Assist in training employees and perform audits.
• Resolve errors and associate relations on the floor.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure daily / monthly KPIs are met.
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures (Health & Safety).
