Zenni Optical, Inc. in Obetz, Ohio seeks a Production Team Lead to manage our optical operations and lead a manufacturing team. The role requires strong people leadership and a focus on quality and efficiency to ensure timely delivery.

The position offers Mon-Thu 7:30am-5:30pm with overtime including weekends, and a pay range of $25-$30 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities include training, audits, KPI attainment, and safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of leadership in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of workplace safety best practices and ethics.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Experience in evaluating equipment, processes, and solving production problems.
• Comfort with MS Office and optical management software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supervisor to ensure consistent and productive line flow.
• Assist in training employees and perform audits.
• Resolve errors and associate relations on the floor.
• Ensure daily / monthly KPIs are met.
• Adherence to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
