You should bring 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong PLC and robotics troubleshooting, and a proven leadership track. This role requires adherence to strict safety protocols and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong PLC ladder logic troubleshooting (programming not required).
• Experience with robotic equipment controlled by PLCs or relay logic.
• Advanced troubleshooting with multimeters and safe high-voltage work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for the shift.
• Serve as primary technical escalation for complex equipment issues.
• Maintain and repair optical manufacturing equipment and support downtime reduction.
• Implement installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of inline systems.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
