Job summary

ASML is seeking a First Line Support Production Engineer in Wilton, CT to join the Production Engineering team. The role focuses on rapid response to production disturbances, optical alignment, metrology issues, and supporting POD-driven engineering steps to maintain output.

The candidate will split time between the cleanroom environment and data analysis tasks, interfacing with cross-functional teams. A BS in Optical Engineering and 2+ years in engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering required; 2+ years in engineering environment preferred.
• Experience with optical metrology and alignment favored.
• Familiarity with image/data processing, statistics, and software development beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Spends 75% of time in the cleanroom providing direct production support and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot optical alignment, metrology, and module test issues.
• Develop guidelines and DOA root cause analyses; support manufacturing procedures and SOPs.
• Read and interpret optical, mechanical, and electrical drawings; support data interrogation for manufacturing needs.
