Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering required or equivalent.
• 2+ years in an engineering environment; internship acceptable.
• Experience with optical metrology setups (interferometers, Shack-Hartmann, polarimetry/ellipsometry).
• Ability to read optical, mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW and Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~75% in the Cleanroom supporting production processes and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot optical alignment, metrology, and module test issues.
• Analyze data; develop diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Support DoA Root Cause Analysis and PFMEA activities.
• Develop troubleshooting guidelines and manufacturing procedures.
