The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a technical degree. The position offers a salary range of $59,029.00 to $81,165.00 and comprehensive benefits including health, retirement plans, and a recognition program.

Responsabilidades

• Create weekly engineering reports and assist with daily reject disposition.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for production.
• Support equipment installation and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Assist with training production personnel on new processes.
• Monitor production performance and drive improvements.

Conocimientos

Troubleshooting and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Experience with manufacturing equipment

Knowledge of CAD, Minitab, or Six Sigma

Educación

2-year technical degree in EE, CS, Mechatronics, or related field

2+ years of manufacturing experience
