Responsibilities

• Create weekly engineering reports and assist with daily reject disposition.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support for production.
• Support equipment installation and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation.
• Assist with training production personnel on new processes.
• Monitor production performance and drive improvements.

Skills

Troubleshooting and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Experience with manufacturing equipment

Knowledge of CAD, Minitab, or Six Sigma

Education

2-year technical degree in EE, CS, Mechatronics, or related field

2+ years of manufacturing experience
