Required are an associate degree with 5+ years in manufacturing or equipment development, hands-on with extrusion/UV/electromechanical systems, and experience with 3D CAD drafting and procurement.

• Hands-on with process equipment and 3D CAD drafting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design mechanical parts using Autodesk Inventor and document assemblies.
• Set up, test, and debug electromechanical systems; optimize performance and troubleshoot.
• Develop experimental plans, organize data, and deliver technical reports.
• Coordinate procurement and coordination with suppliers and machine shops.
• Develop procedures and training materials for new systems; support patent ideas.
