Rochester Regional Health – Optical department in Sodus is looking for a Practice Coordinator to manage daily non-provider staff operations. This role collaborates with the Manager on monthly/quarterly reporting and oversees orientation, performance reviews, and mandatory in-services.

The position supports scheduling, payroll inputs, and ensures compliance with internal and external requirements, with a focus on efficient office management and patient flow.

Formación

• Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Windows
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer-focused skills

Responsabilidades

• Works with Manager to ensure monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Oversee orientation/precepting for new non-provider staff and assist with annual performance appraisals.
• Ensure annual mandatory in-services are completed by all staff.
• Maintain/assist with departmental staffing schedules and coverage plans.
