Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, enhance patient experiences, and drive performance across the optical practice. The role partners with the Optometrist and district leadership to ensure service alignment and growth.

We value leaders who can coach, develop talent, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting, with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in leadership in optical/healthcare or related service
• Strong communication, coaching, and follow-up skills
• Able to lead multiple functions and guide teams through change

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations and patient flow across the site
• Coach and develop the practice team; hold staff accountable
• Collaborate with Optometrist and district leaders on service alignment
• Drive performance with data from reports and patient feedback
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and operational execution
• Support onboarding, training, and adoption of new systems/AI-enabled tools
• Maintain high levels of service quality and patient experience
• Manage priorities, scheduling, payroll, and profitability targets
