Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing testing, familiarity with I2C/SPI, and proficiency with DVMs/oscilloscopes; a degree in Electronics/Engineering Technology

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year technology degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PCBA assemblies, thermal and mechanical fixturing.
• Familiarity with rack-mounted test equipment and I2C/SPI for automated control.
• Experience with DVMs and oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and deployment of test solutions for PCBA subassemblies from fixturing to handoff.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Mechanical Engineering to resolve design issues.
• Create and optimize automated test scripts using Python and LabVIEW.
• Support regression testing of firmware and evaluation software.
• Troubleshoot sub-assemblies, evaluation boards, and thermal fixtures for new platforms.
• Generate test instructions and fixturing concepts; train contract manufacturers.
