You will develop automated tests using LabVIEW and Python, troubleshoot PCBA hardware, and train contract manufacturers during deployment to ensure quality and scalability for new product platforms.

Qualifications

• 2- or 4-year electronics/engineering degree.
• At least two years of manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PCBA assemblies and thermal/mechanical fixtures.
• Familiarity with I2C and SPI communication protocols in rack-mounted test setups.
• Experience with DVMs and oscilloscopes for debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and deployment of test solutions for PCBA subassemblies.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Mechanical Engineering to resolve design issues.
• Create and optimize automated test scripts using LabVIEW and Python.
• Support regression testing of firmware and host software validation.
• Train contract manufacturing teams during deployment and debugging.
• Troubleshoot sub-assemblies, evaluation boards, and fixtures to ensure readiness.
