Qualifications

• 10+ years of mold maker/toolmaking experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measurement equipment and inspection methods.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, modify, and maintain precision molds and tooling for optical molding.
• Evaluate tooling performance, identify root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Fabricate and fit mold components, fixtures, and tooling to exact specs.
• Support mold changeovers, tooling validation, and production startups.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing to evaluate tooling designs.
