Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tool rooms related to plastic injection molds, hands-on with grinders, lathes, EDM, and inspection tools, and possess strong communication to document maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have hands-on tool room experience in plastic injection mold repair or mold maintenance.
• Strong reading comprehension of tooling work orders and precise communication.
• Trade schooling and/or college exposure is preferred for mechanical roles.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow tooling work orders with accuracy.
• Disassemble/assemble molds safely and promptly.
• Clean molds and assistMaintenance Technicians when needed.
• Maintain organized work area and records in company system.
• Operate precision tools and equipment to specified tolerances.
• Troubleshoot mold issues and support process engineers.
• Minimize downtime by quick on-floor responses.
