Job summary

ASML US in Wilton, CT is seeking an early-career engineer to support production and tool issues in a cleanroom environment. You will help develop and update manufacturing procedures, work instructions, production routings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a BS or MS in Optical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 0–4 years of relevant technical production/engineering experience, with strong reading of drawings and ability to write procedures.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Optical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; other engineering or physics disciplines considered.
• 0-4 years' experience in a technical production/engineering environment.
• Ability to read optical and/or mechanical drawings and write technical procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist first line support Engineers and Technicians with troubleshooting of production and tool issues in a cleanroom environment.
• Develop and update manufacturing procedures and technical work instructions.
• Develop and update production sequence and routings.
• Drive continuous improvement, cycle time, cost and labor hour reduction projects.
• Carry out time studies and support safety and quality initiatives.
