Qualifications
- Experience in optical manufacturing, precision machining, metrology, quality inspection, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with precision components and tight-tolerance manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, and troubleshoot precision manufacturing and measurement equipment.
- Support fabrication, finishing, inspection, and testing processes for precision components.
- Perform dimensional and optical inspections using specialized measurement equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Conduct in-process inspections and document measurement results.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Support process improvement initiatives, equipment maintenance, and manufacturing efficiency efforts
