US Tech Solutions in New York State is seeking an engineer to develop and deploy optical and computer vision-based measurement systems in support of metrology, inspection and testing of products. You will work within a team to transfer technology from development to manufacturing.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, experimental design, data analysis and documentation for production release, along with remote and onsite troubleshooting.

Qualificações

• 3+ years hands-on experience with machine vision and metrology equipment.
• Experience in optical measurements system development (optics, lighting, cameras, image analysis).
• Proficient in C# and Python; strong data analysis and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with cross-functional groups to define and implement optical and vision-based measurement systems.
• Transfer technology from development to manufacturing for product readiness.
• Engage external suppliers for system integration and quote scopes of work.
• Design experiments and analyze data to improve measurement systems and processes.
• Create documentation for production release and provide training.
• Provide remote and onsite troubleshooting using performance data.
