Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, modify, and test manufacturing methods and tooling to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Evaluate and optimize process performance using data-driven analysis.
• Train and guide technicians in manufacturing and quality practices.
• Participate in professional development and knowledge-sharing across teams.
