Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing, and inventory oversight.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with member needs and local demographics.
• Ensure HIPAA and safety protocols are followed and maintain compliant documentation.
• Coach and develop the optical team, manage scheduling and performance, and ensure training.
