Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ABO certification within 15 months is preferred.
• 1+ year of retail and supervisory experience is preferred.
• 2+ years total work experience with at least 1 year in optical field if possible.

Responsibilities

• Lead optical department operations and ensure service standards.
• Coordinate eyewear measurements, fittings, and adjustments under supervision.
• Oversee inventory, order processing, and lab communications with vendors.
