• Option 1: Completion of 2 or more years of college.

• Leads department sales growth through effective merchandising, pricing accuracy, inventory oversight, and seasonal execution.
• Forecasts sales trends and aligns product assortments with member needs and local patterns.
• Ensures high service standards and guides eyewear/contact lens consultations under supervision.
