Qualifications

• Two or more years of retail supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage eyewear fittings and optical workflows under supervision.

• Oversee pricing, inventory, and supplier communications.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
