• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required).
• Support store team in shared goals (Required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.
• Assist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support Optometrists.
• Finish and quality checks to ensure fit, function and presentation.
• Operate order entry, tracking, and timely completion.
