Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead department sales growth through merchandising, pricing, inventory oversight and seasonal execution.
• Forecast sales trends and align assortments with member needs and local demographics.
• Oversee eyewear measurements, fittings, and contact lens education under supervision.
• Coach and develop the optical team; hire, train, and manage performance.
• Coordinate with labs, suppliers, and optometrists on product status and actions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
