Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor's Technician to deliver outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, and bridge the retail and clinical services teams. You will guide patients through the in-store experience, perform basic pre-tests, and support eyewear fabrication and repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification required, or currently enrolled.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and drive a memorable experience.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical services teams to support sales.
• Schedule appointments, collect history, and perform pre-test procedures.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and order status.
• Maintain brand standards in-store and assist with lens edging and repairs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses and communicate timelines.
• Report equipment issues and maintain lab cleanliness.
