Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, seeks a Doctor\'s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at the point of care and support the sales process within our store. You will facilitate a smooth transition between clinical services and retail, helping patients select eyewear while coordinating with healthcare professionals.

The role emphasizes excellent communication with diverse patients, accuracy in appointment scheduling, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset addressing patients' concerns or rebuttals.
• Collaborative spirit with team and patients, respectful relationships.
• Result-driven with multitasking, prioritization and adaptability in a team.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, ensuring a memorable experience and promoting available products/services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, input patient history, and perform pre-test procedures.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and ensure timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Assist in lab area to assemble lenses and edge stock lenses, notifying management of issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance and quality service.
