Qualifications

• Professional phone and office etiquette required.
• Optical experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and educate patients on eyewear options and lifestyle needs.
• Provide honest feedback on aesthetic frame choices.
• Achieve sales goals and quotas as determined by office staff.
• Manage inventory of frames and contact lenses to ensure product variety.
• Communicate with physicians about prescriptions and eye-related questions.
• Perform adjustments and repairs of eyewear.
• Place optical orders with a general understanding of insurance benefits.
