Qualifications

• Experience in optical sales and supervision preferred.
• Proficient computer skills for store operations and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) for team management.
• Exceptional customer service and sales mindset.
• Ability to interpret financial reports and store metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
• Monitor sales results against budgeted figures.
• Ensure all store associates achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain awareness of same day service using the Ready When Promised board.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager and Corporate Office; provide reports.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with doctors associated with the store.
• Ensure promotions, advertising and visual merchandising are in place and understood.
• Supervise and motivate Optician/Sales Associates; ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
• Assist GM with staffing to store volume and in recruiting high-caliber staff.
