Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve profit, sales and performance goals according to NVI standards.
• Monitor sales results against budgeted figures.
• Ensure all store associates deliver high levels of customer service.
• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling to balance store volume.
• Liaise with doctors and store personnel to support patient care and service.
