• Requires high-precision optical assembly and alignment experience.
• Experience with metrology and optical inspection.
• Ability to work independently in a clean-room environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform active alignment of lenses into metal housings using precision fixturing.
• Use metrology tools to achieve required tolerances and verify performance.
• Adjust decenter, tip, tilt, and axial position to meet specs.
• Document alignment data, measurements, and final build conditions.
• Troubleshoot alignment challenges and work with engineering to resolve issues.
