Job summary

ProSync is seeking a Mid-Level Operations Security Specialist to support OPSEC programs protecting sensitive information and critical activities, interfacing with government customers and security teams.

The role requires evaluating operational risks, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures to maintain compliance with government requirements. DoD experience preferred; TS clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in operational security or related fields.
• Active Top Secret clearance or higher with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification.
• Experience in DoD/IC environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute OPSEC programs in support of mission-critical activities.
• Conduct OPSEC assessments to identify vulnerabilities and exploitation opportunities.
• Develop recommendations to reduce risk and improve mission protection.
• Review processes to ensure OPSEC policy compliance.
• Support development and implementation of OPSEC plans and security awareness initiatives.
• Conduct security reviews, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Coordinate with government customers and security teams on OPSEC concerns.
• Develop reports, threat assessments, and security recommendations for leadership.
• Assist investigations into OPSEC incidents and violations.
• Identify emerging threats and recommend mitigations.
