Zusammenfassung

ProSync Technology Group seeks a Mid-Level Operations Security Specialist to bolster OPSEC programs protecting sensitive information across government projects. The role requires independent work with government partners and security teams to strengthen operational security in complex environments.

The successful candidate will conduct OPSEC assessments, analyze risks, and develop mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with OPSEC concepts, risk assessment methodologies and threat mitigation.
• Security reviews, assessments, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Execute OPSEC programs supporting mission-critical activities and government objectives.
• Conduct OPSEC assessments to identify vulnerabilities, indicators, and exploitation opportunities.
• Analyze operational activities and develop recommendations to reduce risk and improve mission protection.
• Review mission processes, programs, and operations for OPSEC policy compliance.
• Develop OPSEC plans, risk mitigation strategies, and security awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with government customers, program personnel, and security professionals.
• Produce reports, briefings, threat assessments, and leadership recommendations.
• Support investigations and reviews of OPSEC incidents and violations.
• Identify emerging threats and recommend mitigation measures.
