ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a Senior-Level Operations Security Specialist to lead and support complex OPSEC programs protecting mission-critical activities, classified programs, and national security interests. You will advise government leaders and program managers, develop mitigations, and ensure compliance with OPSEC policies.

The role requires extensive security experience, the ability to provide strategic guidance, and collaboration with security and intelligence stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Ten or more years in operational security or related fields.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility.
• Active IAT/IAM Level II certification.
• Experience advising government leaders and program managers.

Aufgaben

• Lead OPSEC efforts supporting high-visibility and mission-critical programs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of operational vulnerabilities, risks, and threat exposure.
• Develop and implement OPSEC strategies, policies, procedures, and security mitigation plans.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding operational risk management and security best practices.
• Advise government customers and senior leadership on operational security concerns and recommended corrective actions.
• Lead security inspections, assessments, compliance reviews, and program evaluations.
• Coordinate with intelligence, security, counterintelligence, and operational stakeholders to support mission objectives.
• Analyze emerging threats and assess their potential impact on operational activities and sensitive programs.
• Develop executive-level reports, risk assessments, briefings, and security recommendations.
• Mentor junior security personnel and provide guidance on OPSEC processes and requirements.
• Support incident response activities and investigations involving operational security concerns.
• Serve as a key advisor on mission assurance, vulnerability management, and operational risk reduction initiatives.
