ProSync seeks a Mid-Level Operations Security Specialist to support and execute OPSEC programs that protect sensitive information and mission-critical activities. The role involves evaluating operational risks, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing security measures in collaboration with government customers and security teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in OPSEC or related fields, hands-on experience with security reviews, and an active Top Secret clearance with SAP/SAR

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in operational security, intelligence, military ops, risk management or related.
• Experience with security reviews, assessments, inspections, or compliance activities.
• Familiarity with OPSEC concepts, risk assessment methodologies, and threat mitigation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Execute OPSEC programs in support of mission-critical activities and government objectives.
• Conduct OPSEC assessments to identify vulnerabilities and exploitation opportunities.
• Analyze operational activities and develop risk-reduction recommendations.
• Review processes to ensure OPSEC policy compliance.
• Support OPSEC plans, risk mitigation, and security awareness initiatives.
• Conduct security reviews, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Coordinate with government customers and security teams on OPSEC concerns.
• Develop reports, threat assessments, and leadership recommendations.
• Assist investigations concerning OPSEC incidents and violations.
• Identify emerging threats and recommend mitigations.
• Provide OPSEC guidance to mission partners.
