Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC (ProSync) seeks a junior Operations Security Specialist to support OPSEC programs protecting sensitive information, mission activities, personnel, facilities, and critical capabilities from unauthorized disclosure. The role assists with identifying vulnerabilities, reducing risk, and implementing OPSEC controls, while learning in a defense-focused environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and builds a career supporting national security

Qualifications

• Less than three years of experience in security, military operations, intelligence, compliance or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of security principles and OPSEC concepts.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support OPSEC activities to protect sensitive and mission-critical information.
• Identify critical information, vulnerabilities and indicators that could be exploited by adversaries.
• Assist with OPSEC assessments, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Maintain OPSEC documentation, reports, plans and program records.
• Monitor activities for compliance with security policies.
