Job summary

Phlow Corporation is seeking an organized Operations Trainer to develop, deliver, and monitor training programs for the Operations Team. The role ensures cGMP compliance, FDA requirements, and adherence to approved procedures through effective training and qualification management.

The candidate will partner with Operations leadership and cross-functional groups to keep training current, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while supporting continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, engineering, education, or related field.
• 2–3 years in operations, manufacturing, training, or qualification in regulated settings.
• Experience with instructor-led, hands-on, and competency-based training.
• Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, and controlled documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding, qualification, refresher, and skills-building programs for Operations in line with cGMP and FDA requirements.
• Design and maintain training materials, curricula, lesson plans, and knowledge checks.
• Maintain training schedules and ensure certifications before task execution.
• Coordinate classroom, hands-on, vendor-led, and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Monitor training compliance with regulatory updates and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, QA, EHS, and other functions to align training with business needs.
