Job summary

Phlow Corp. is seeking a Director of Engineering to drive excellence across manufacturing, process development, technology implementation, and reliability.

You will partner with Operations and MS&T to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable systems supporting Phlow's mission of a resilient pharmaceutical supply chain. You will lead engineering strategy, oversee capital projects, and champion continuous improvement across facilities, maintenance, and automation, while ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related).
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in regulated industries (pharma/biotech/chemical).
• Minimum 5 years in progressive engineering leadership managing teams and projects.
• Experience leading capital projects and manufacturing engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategy aligned with operations and growth.
• Lead and mentor engineering, maintenance, and facilities teams.
• Manage capital projects, budgeting, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, OSHA, EPA requirements.
• Drive process improvement, reliability, and asset optimization.
• Oversee tech transfer support and manufacturing support activities.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions.
