Job summary

Langham Logistics Inc. is seeking an advanced-level Training Coordinator IV to own and elevate the training framework for our regulated pharmaceutical warehouse, clean room, and sampling operations.

You will translate 21 CFR, cGMP/GDP, and USP standards into practical, competency-based programs, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness. The role demands leadership to guide site trainers and cross-functional teams, with a focus on risk-based training, quality systems, and continuous

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical cGMP/GDP expectations and 21 CFR requirements.
• Experience building on-the-job checklists, training guides, and competency assessments for controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain risk-based, role-specific training matrices for warehouse operations, storage, clean room entry, and sampling/testing.
• Develop training for aseptic behavior, gowning qualification, contamination control, and sample handling with Quality and Lab SMEs.
• Ensure training records are accurate, ALCOA+ compliant, and readily retrievable for FDA, client, and internal audits.
• Conduct training needs assessments, tie remediation plans to deviations and CAPAs.
• Support LMS/QMS configurations, curricula logic, and compliance dashboards.
