• Directly manage a group of Ops Coordinators with coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Own complex delivery projects and ensure timely execution.
• Support live operations and stabilize delivery during high-volume periods.
• Identify risks to delivery quality and team health early.
• Assist scheduling and coverage with live ops to balance workload.
