Job summary

Maxim Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Chattanooga, TN to lead all office operations and drive growth while ensuring quality care. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, healthcare service delivery, and operational excellence.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000–$85,000 with a $25,000 annual bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in health service administration or public health/home health nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care preferred.
• Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement.
• Fluency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fiscal planning, budgeting, and cost control to ensure staffing and resources.
• Proactively sell Maxim’s full range of services to clients, customers, and healthcare facilities.
• Build strong relationships with patients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals.
• Create and execute strategic business development plans.
• Develop and lead recruitment strategies for the office.
• Establish and maintain an ongoing Quality Improvement Program.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Promote and ensure attainment of clinical and operational metrics.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and compliance for qualified personnel.
• Manage patient care from referral through discharge in compliance with regulations.
• Provide ongoing development and growth opportunities for team members.
