Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing CRM platforms, business systems, operational processes, or technology solutions.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflow development, automation, reporting, integrations, and data governance.
• Working knowledge of integrated platforms such as Monday.com, Zapier, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot, Monday.com, and other operational platforms.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize business systems, workflows, automations, permissions, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues through independent research, testing, and vendor collaboration.
• Evaluate enhancement requests and recommend scalable solutions that support business objectives.
• Own the setup, testing, maintenance, and optimization of campaigns within HubSpot and connected platforms.
• Manage lead routing, attribution tracking, campaign tagging, and data flow across integrated systems.
• Monitor reporting accuracy and system performance to ensure reliable business intelligence and decision-making.
• Supports updates, troubleshooting, and improvements to proprietary software used for franchise operations.
