Job summary

CoVantage Credit Union in Wisconsin seeks an Operations Systems Administrator to keep critical systems running, manage batch automation, and support enterprise applications across the organization. You'll partner with IT teams, business units, and vendors to implement upgrades, resolve complex issues, and identify opportunities to improve automation and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT/CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in IT operations, systems administration, or technical support.
• Experience with batch processing, job scheduling, and automation platforms.
• Proven experience administering enterprise applications in production.
• Experience with SFTP and partner data integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and respond to incidents in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain batch automation, system integrations, and enterprise apps for reliable daily operations.
• Create, schedule, monitor, and maintain OpCon jobs and workflows for timely processing.
• Provide prompt support for Service Desk tickets related to operational systems and apps.
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize disruptions to system performance.
• Manage secure file transfers (SFTP) with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with testing and deployment.
